Getting started with Tonomo
In order to get started and book your first orders we have created a quick guide to make scheduling your next shoot easy.
Create your account on Tonomo's booking platform.
There is a chance your service provider has already created an account for you. If this is the case then please log in using your phone number. If you do not have an account there are multiple ways to create one.
Phone number: Create an account using your phone number. Add your phone number in login page and you will receive a verification code use this code to log in or register your new account.
Google sign in: Using the "sign in with google" button will prompt the system to ask you for an email. Once you have logged into your email you will successfully be redirected to Tonomo logged into your new account.
Email and password: Sign in or create an account by registering with an email and password. Type your email and your password and then click "Sign in" if you have an account or "register" to create a new one.
Placing your first order with Tonomo
Once you have successfully logged in you are ready to place your first order. Go ahead and click the "book now" button on the booking flow of your choice?
Then input your address and square footage in the next section shown here:
After clicking "confirm property details" you will be taken to the packages and services page. Here is where you will select the services and packages you need. If your service provider has created custom packages for you make sure to ask them how to view your custom packages.

Customizing your profile
A complete profile with a headshot and team branding image can make the difference when showing a listing website. Go ahead and add a profile picture to your profile by clicking on the profile button on the top left. Your profile picture and team branding image will be taken into account when creating your listing website and marketing material.
Navigate the order dashboard
Your order dashboard is where you will be able to find all the orders you have placed within the booking platform. From here you will be able to pay for pending orders, view media on completed orders, search and filter orders, see your referral code if your service provider has a referral program and much more.
Accessing and managing deliverables
In Tonomo, managing your deliverables is simple and streamlined. Tonomo provides an intuitive platform to access, organize, and download your files. This section will guide you through the steps to access your deliverables, stay organized, and ensure your projects run smoothly.
Submitting payment:
In this section, we’ll guide you through the process of submitting payment for your orders using Tonomo. You’ll learn how to easily navigate the order dashboard and complete your payment quickly and securely, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction every time.
